I thought I had already been convinced of your greatness, but when I saw myself after I slammed into the back of a semi that pulled out in front of me, I was certain that all of your hard work was for naught and I would never have the normal, beautiful smile back that I so desperately wanted. For the first week after the accident as I continued to spit out more loose teeth, I grieved this loss as much as I did the physical and emotional injuries that I had sustained. Though the doctors, nurses, and aides all got used to my garish smile and liked me anyway, I struggled not to smile for those 34 days. I didn’t want to add to my embarrassment and humiliation which I was feeling because of the severe limitations of my physical injuries. I could not believe your extreme generosity throughout the whole ordeal – my first flowers in the hospital (everyone oohed & ahhed), the calls from Angela and Hillary to see how I was doing, and, most amazingly, your willingness to forfeit your afternoon off so you could fix my teeth before I went to a rehab hospital in Pierre. All of you were so understanding & so willing to help any way that you could. I have only met one other doctor & staff in countless encounters in the medical arena that have treated me with the genuine kindness & concern you showed. When I left your office that day, even with the numbness & pain, I couldn’t stop smiling because you had achieved the impossible – I had my normal, beautiful smile back!!! But not only that, you gave me the hope that the other broken, smashed limbs would also be back to normal someday and that achieving the impossible is possible. I haven’t stopped smiling since that wondrous day. Whenever I get depressed about my other injuries, I think of how I looked when I rolled into your office at 1pm and how I felt when I walked out at 5pm. Thank you all for being amazing people with an unthinkable amount of humanity. You helped my life get even closer to normal again and I thank you from the bottom of my heart & soul.

Dear Dr. Anderson and Staff:
I just want to say thank you again for the help you provided on September 11. The tooth is fine and working well. It really saved our trip and my sister and I finally returned home after 5400 miles through the country. She is going back to Germany today with a “bag full” of pleasant memories. I also want to extend my thanks to the ladies in the front office who arranged the appointment to see you.
Maybe one day I will be in your area again and I will make it a point to stop by and just say Hello.

Dear Dr. Anderson and Staff:
All I want to say is that you guys are incredible. I have never had better service. I came in yesterday to get a tooth pulled, I now have an appointment Nov 4th to get the remaining teeth pulled and to get my dentures. I now will not try and hide my smile. I am so excited for this. Not only are the front of house staff and dental assistants amazing, but Dr. Anderson is so down to earth, friendly, and just straight up the best dentist i’ve ever had. He was so gentle, yet quick. Tooth was out in about 30 seconds. I love this establishment so much that you will now be my 5 year old son’s dentist. Again, I cannot express in words how incredible you guys are. Keep up the incredible work!!!!!
